The Rotary Cup represents a proud tradition for the Rotary Club of Fort Myers, which is the oldest and largest of the 54 Rotary Clubs in Southwest Florida. The history of the golf tournament goes back to 1934, and it has evolved to become a premier annual charity golf tournament in the region.
Rotary Club of Fort Myers President Archie Hayward said, “Our club is proud of its rich history of service. The Rotary Cup is emblematic of that history, just like the royal palms the club planted along McGregor in 1922 as its first project. We’re thrilled to support organizations that will help mold community-minded individuals, and even future Rotarians.”
TriCircle Pavers has been a proud sponsor of the Rotary Cup for many years, held at Heritage Palms Golf and Country Club on May 7. Planning is underway for the 2019 Rotary Cup.
