Victor Arias has over 27 years of legal experience as a lawyer in Southwest Florida. He has a great understanding of the law and is sensitive to the needs and concerns of his clients and the Florida community.

Mr. Arias speaks both English and Spanish fluently. This is an advantage for any clients in Southwest Florida area from South and Central America, as well as Europeans who are visiting or relocating to this area of Florida.

Attorney Arias is dedicated to providing the same level of excellence expected by clients seeking a large firm, but with the personalized services and attention. He has placed an emphasis on providing primarily civil litigation and criminal defense representation, and practices in the areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury, employment law, criminal law and social security disability.

Mr. Arias received his Juris Doctor degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1990, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York, which he received in 1985. He also attended the Instituto International in Madrid, Spain. He has recently been recognized by the South West Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as Businessman of the Year.
