Businesswoman and entrepreneur Cynthia Duff founded CopyLady in 2002. Built from the ground up on the principles of integrity and service, Cynthia has grown CopyLady into the leading supplier of copiers and printers to the business community of Southwest Florida.
A member of Rotary Club of Fort Myers for over twenty years, Cynthia has been greatly influenced by the service organization’s motto of “Service Above Self" being recognized as Rotarian of the The Year in 2001. She was bestowed with the highest title of honor by the Governor of Kentucky recognizing an individual’s noteworthy accomplishments and outstanding service to our community, state, and nation.
Cynthia believes that giving back to the local community is key and is involved with numerous charities and non-profit organizations throughout Southwest Florida including the Rotary Club of Fort Myers, Dr. Piper Center, Abuse Counseling and Treatment Center, Southwest Florida Symphony Orchestra as well as many others. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Abuse Counseling and Treatment Center as well as The Southwest Florida Symphony Foundation.
Cynthia down time is spent mostly with family. She is married to fellow Rotarian Dan Detrick and a step mother to Garrett and Chloe. She loves her three furry animals Boo "The Dog" as well as Boots and Herbie two highly spoiled cats.
Originally from Westchester Pennsylvania she moved to sunny Southern California at the ripe age of twenty. Driving her MGB with everything she owned packed in her fathers old military foot locker. Sixteen years later she decided to move to Fort Myers to be closer to her retired parents. She has been a Fort Myers resident for over twenty seven wonderful years.
